Rehab Associates of Central Virginia (National Practice of the Year 2015)  is an outpatient physical therapy clinic specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine. Our licensed physical therapists at Forest have experience in treating a variety of diagnoses. Each new patient will receive an initial evaluation, where we go through the cause of the injury, the affected areas, as well as the patient’s short and long-term goals. We also keep in constant communication with your health care provider. This way we can integrate into your existing health care team, promoting faster and more efficient recovery programs.  In addition to physical therapy, we educate and give our patients a home exercise plan developed to enhance their physical therapy program.
